How many photos will I receive?

The number of photos you receive depends on what package you choose! Take a look at the packages above!

How will I receive my pictures?

Once I am done editing your gallery, I will send you a message with a link to your gallery

What is your turn around time?

It usually takes me 2-4 weeks for smaller packages and 6-8 weeks for larger packages such as weddings or events. I will not send you your gallery until I feel it is absolutely perfect

Can I make a custom package?

Of course! If you don't see a package that meets all of your wants, let's talk! I love trying new things and am totally willing create a package just for you!

How do I book a session?

Do you choose the location?

I have a list of locations that I've used in the past. If picking a location is too overwhelming for you, I can pick the location that best meets the style you're looking for! If you have a location in mind, feel free to share! I love exploring new places

Do you require a deposit?

I require a 25% reservation retainer fee for most of my packages. This provides a sense of security that your spot will be held! This fee is included in the total package cost. Need to reschedule? No worries, we all know life happens! This deposit can be transferable if you end up needing to reschedule, as long as you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Wedding deposits are 50% but are only refundable or transferable if you cancel at least 60 days prior to the session date.

How long have you been involved with photography?

I have always loved playing around with cameras, ever since I got my first one for Christmas when I was 12 years old! In late 2020, I decided to share my love for the art of photography by starting Katie Bug Photography. It's been such an amazing journey thus far and I'm so excited for what the future has in store!

I currently shoot with a Sony Mirrorless A7iii and my main lens is currently a 28-70mm Tamron lens.

What is your editing style? Do you do any retouching?

I would describe my style as cozy and warm. I love the golden hour glow and embracing the warm tones of God's creation, while also keeping the photos looking as natural as possible. With that being said, I do minimal "retouching" because your natural beauty is worth embracing! For seniors or close ups, I will ask if there is any acne they would like me to edit out but that is the extent of "retouching" that I offer.

Do you travel?
